Sorry about the expensive international shipping! The hard part about living on an island at the bottom of the world. I have subsidised it a little bit too but I still think the shipping is worth getting the book in your hands! I wont be doing any e-book for it so this is the only way to get your hands on it. It's a touch cheaper if you order two books at once just fyi.
